| January 28 - April 7, 2008 Opening reception February 9th 7-11pm for Wynwood Gallery Walk "STREETS" A few themes in contemporary culture are the use of multiple imagery, visual and musical sampling, multitasking, constant interruption, and immediacy of change. This work is an interpretation of these common aspects of our experience. Phil Stein is a Photographer, although his work is more than just pure photography. Using printed copies of his own digital images he goes on to create compositions, combinations of the scene, mounted on rag board, wood and Plexiglas. |

Following a two-week exhibition in the streets of Miami, this unique event will feature full size refrigerators and mini coolers that will be sold in a silent auction, with proceeds benefiting The Damien B. Contemporary Art Center. Feb 9 - 14, 2007 Damien B. Contemporary Art Center is pleased to announce their participation with the “Romance in a Can Film Festival” being held in Miami Beach's Byron Carlyle Theatre. They will be exhibiting a series of artworks in the theatre lobby based around the never ending theme of love and all that it encompasses. The artists being shown are Reeve Schumacher, Bernard Boisseau, Meg Pukel and Edgar Carrasco. |

| Nov. 11, 2006 - Jan. 8, 2007 I love my box Damien B. Contemporary Art Center is announcing the unveiling of a special series of exhibits. “I Love My Box” have been premiered on November 11th 2006 7:00pm for the Wynwood Art District Gallery Walk. The artists that are showing their works are m lafille (video, first US exhibition), Jon Davis and Reeve Schumacher These works are viewed in experimental spaces with pieces also being shown in the main gallery. These experimental spaces will be given for a limited period of time to different artists for an ongoing series of exhibits. These new spaces allow an environment that will enable the artists to exhibit a more personal representation of their work. |

| December 7 - 10, 2006 DiVA Digital and Video Art Fair 2006 during Art Basel, for the first time in Miami Beach, For the first year in Miami Beach, DiVA will find home in a specially built container village right on the beach. The village is located along the side of Ocean Drive, across from Hotel Victor between 11th and 12th street. Each shipping container will host a project by a gallery. A total of 24 containers will be on display. This outdoor exhibition will exclusively feature artworks created in Digital & Video formats from an international selection of artists. This exciting format is in line with our goal to provide access to Video and Digital Art to the greater public. DiVA Miami Beach also gives Video Art collectors a unique opportunity to become directly involved with this field.
